Parking Brake Performance Tester

This instrument is used to measure the parking brake performance of vehicles. It adopts force sensors to detect the braking force generated by the vehicle parking brake. With a mechanical structure, it converts the parking brake test on ramps into tests on flat ground. It solves the problem of insufficient space and difficulties in building standard ramps at urban motor vehicle inspection stations, and provides a convenient and accurate testing method for on-road brake performance inspection specified in Safety Specifications for Power Vehicles Operating on Roads (GB 7258-2012) and Items and Methods for Safety Inspection of Motor Vehicles (GB 21861).

During measurement, the device monitors the parking brake force in real time and is equipped with an alarm unit. An alarm will be triggered once the braking force meets the qualification criteria. The real-time force value and maximum force value are displayed on the screen.
