Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder Verification Device

Independently developed by our company, this intelligent testing instrument adopts GPS speed sensor as the speed measuring unit and is equipped with a real-time multitasking operating system. It supports real-vehicle tests and simulation tests for various vehicle traveling data recorders.

The system is fitted with a 240*128 large LCD screen with Chinese prompts, which displays multiple test data and curves in real time clearly and intuitively. Menu-based operation is adopted for test items, making the device easy to use. Sensor coefficients and test parameters are automatically saved by the system and will not be lost after power-off, eliminating repeated entry. Designed in line with ergonomics for easy operation, it is an ideal testing device for vehicle inspection authorities, and also applicable to product commissioning and factory inspection for manufacturers of vehicle traveling data recorders.

A printer is available as an optional accessory to print test results, data and dynamic curves. The device is standardly equipped with RS232 and SD card interfaces. Test results and data can be stored as files on the SD card for further analysis and processing via desktop or laptop computers.

This instrument outputs TTL level pulse signals to conduct simulated speed detection for vehicle traveling data recorders.

The function of reading data stored in traveling data recorders is also optional.
